Please HELP! Need compression stats!

Inlinefour ripped me off on some JE pistons. I wanted 11:1 CR but they give me 10.5:1 CR. This is for my B20 block. If I put on a B16a head, that would give me around 10.8:1 CR right?? How much would I have to mill it in order to get 0.3:1 CR?? Please help, thanks.

I bought them months ago and I lost the recept. Even if it only been 3 days and I had the recept, they charge a 20% restocking fee which would be $200!! I learned my lesson not to ever deal with Inlinefour anymore. So now I'm stuck with this, please help.
