Anything is possible ive seen a RWD crx with a NSX engine in it. Not to say trying is a good idea tho.

will it bolt up? no
will it work with the tranny? no
can you use any old electronics? no
cost and time spend to make a Teg into a RWD config, at least $20000+
warranty and reliabilty? probably not good

Because the S2000 engine, like the new RSX and Civic engines, turns clockwise. All of the Honda engines before those turn counter clockwise. So unless you get new cams and a tranny that turns the other way, you can't do it.
