It's all plug and play if you use the OBDI ECU......

Yes i am sure. I have done this swap (96 OBDII B18B motor w/ OBDI P75 ECU). The underhood harnesses will plug right in, as will the OBDI ECU. Hence the term Plug and Play.......

I think this needs to be clarified.
The obd2 motor is plug and play if you use the obd2 wiring harness(which will plug into your chassis harness w/ no problems)
If you are trying to use your obd1 harness, then yes, you will need to reuse your injectors, distributor, and alternator.

I just wanted to make that clear since it seems like everyone is just assuming you have the obd2 harness also.

Whoa buddy !!! Who is assuming here ???

OBD-2 Engine harness will plug into OBD-1 Chassis Harness and will work taking in consideration you will be using ODB-1 ECU as well --- Hence the term "Plug-N-Play"

PLEASE REREAD MY POST!!!

This is what I said:
The obd2 motor is plug and play if you use the obd2 wiring harness(which will plug into your chassis harness w/ no problems)
This is what you said:

The exact same thing.

Im referring to using the OBD1 engine harness(off of the OBD1 engine that he currenty has) on the OBD2 ENGINE(what he wants to switch to).

He never said he had the OBD2 engine harness. You never told him that he needed the OBD2 harness. So by telling him it was plug and play you were either ASSUMING he already had the OBD2 harness or you just dont know what your talking about.
