Default OBD2 b16 engine in OBD1 integra

I bought the car the way it is.. dont ask why! either way Im going to buy a gsr block and go poor mans type r.... right now my distributor is an OBD1 LS distributor and I have it hooked up to the vtec head.... the legs dont fit right so they snapped/cut one of them and I have a leak coming out of the head where the distributor connects to.....
should I buy a obd1 b16 distributor or am I going to have the same problem with the fit?

I cant buy a obd2 distributor because then I would need to change my harness to obd2.

after I figure this problem out, what year should I buy my gsr block, OBD1 or OBD2, or does it even matter????

doesnt matter what obd1 the block is. obd2 had crank position sensors in the oil pump. if its in an obd1 car ignore it.
but either obd1 or 2 dizzy will fit if its gsr for gsr.
for example. i have an obd1 gsr and my friend has an obd2 gsr and my dizzy will fit either....but...the wires.... www.rywire.com sells dizzy plug adapters.

but. save the mess and time and buy an obd1 dizzy for the correct head if the ecu is obd1. doesnt matter what harness you have. it does matter what obd ecu you have. there is always some kind of anadapter for harness's.
