Is this an OBD1 or OBD2 ecu?

I just wanted to know if anyone can tell if this is an OBD1 or OBD2 ecu?

How can I tell?

P75 is an Integra Ls ECU OBDIIA

That is incorrect, that is a 94-95 Integra RS/LS 5 speed american ecu.

Thans, I knew that it couldnt be an automatic ecu..
