Default OBD 1 problem b16a obd-0 obd 1 block CODE 6

Hey guys, i have a 91 crx si, b16a obd 0 with hasport wiring harness, and pr3 ecu running hondata stage 2b, i never threw a code before i replaced the block. put in a 95 b16a jdm engine into it, and it throws code 6, engine coolant temp code. how do i make this go away? whats the wiring differences and stuff to make this get cleared? my car enigne temp wont ever go up or anything!

It sounds like it isn't plugged in. I am not sure of the location of the CTS (certain years are on the thermostat housing and others are on the rear of the block.) Check both locations for any plug you see that is disconnected.
