obd-1 to obd-2 question!!!

obd-1 to obd-2 question!!!
92' civic vx w/97'gsr
I'm almost finished with with swap on a customers car but I'm wondering what would cause theengine check light to come on.. CODE 65 which is 2nd 02 heater!!!
but I checked every single wire that i ran and also checked it with the factory pin out diagrams!!!
Does anybody have a wiring diagram of the 2nd 02 sensor wiring for a OBD-2
