Default obd-0 to obd-1 problems

I've just finished following some instructions for this conversion, however I ran into a couple problems...(these are 91 CRX Si plugs and 92 Integra plugs by the way)
1)On the Crx plugs, I still have a couple wires that have not been cut to use for the conversion. They are,
-B2(dont know)
-B4(Radiator fan control)
-B5(Alternator control)
-B19(ELD)and
-C9(PA)
Any ideas to where these extra wires go? what is the B2 wire? and what exactly is "ELD" and "PA"?
2)Second problem, I have some extra wires on the 92 Integra plugs. They are,
-A10(Pressure regulator cut-off solenoid valve)
-B8(P/S Oil pressure switch) and,
-D7(Data link connector)
I dont know where these wires go either...

3)and one more thing, I noticed a lot of the wires were the same color, what IF I accidently mixed them up, what would happen?

Any help would be great, thanks.
