no vtec b16a
car threw out a 21 code ( vtec solinoid valve). i got no voltage reading from my vtec solinoid or pressure switch. i swapped ecu's with a friend and the code still stays on, wont go away. how many ohms is my solinoid supposed to read. mine read 16 ohms. i think i might have a short somewhere. if this has happened to you im open to opinions
