No fuel getting to the B16
Just put a B16 into my EG and i've come up with a problem.Everything appears to be wired up correctly and connected. If somebody could provide me with the path that fuel goes through from the time it goes in your gas tank until it reaches the inside of your combustion chamber i'd appreciate it. Here's the situation, I just put a b16a3 into my 92cx, and it seems as if fuel is going all the way up to the fuel rail and then stopping. Anybody ever had this problem or one similiar to it? When I turn the car on I can hear it prime, and once i took the fuel line off of the rail to see if it was getting through, fuel squirted onto the floor, so I know it's getting to the rail, can anybody suggest why the injectors aren't firing? I'm using a P28 ecu until I can find a p30. So far I haven't found any blown fuses except a fan fuse, which i already replaced. If there's anything else I could possibly be overlooking please point it out to me. Thank you.

Re: No fuel getting to the B16 (Infamous_Imports)
Ok, I finally figured out that it was the injectors that were stuck. Got them unstuck and tried to turn it over. Motor cranks up, but only stays on for about 5seconds. I did a compression check last week and it was 60 all the way across, did another check today and it read 100-120-210-210. Any idea what could be holding those 2 so low? And is this possibly why the motor isn't staying on? Any other vaccum lines i should double check or possible mixups?

nothing could be hooked up wrong to cause your compression to be that low. theck the cam timing and make sure the timing belt hasnt skipped any teeth.

Everything is timed fine... Like i said it'll start up but won't stay on. My map sensor is broken so it hasn't been connected, could this be why it's not staying started?

No actually i'm not kidding. You know how the MAP and the TPS have the same plug? Well all this time i thought the TPS was broken, when in actuallity it's the map that's broken. I used my friends b16 eg as a wire diagram so i guess his is setup a little differently. I had the TPS plugged into the map, i'm on my way to go pick up a map RIGHT NOW>
