Hello Everyone. Well, I have an Rsx-S right now and I realized that speed is an addiction and i wont get not even 50% with this car. Here is the plan and please reply if you could help, if not, then dont reply.

IDEA

One thing to know before you read is that this is my car, I have the pink slip, so nothing else to go through

Step 1) Take my motor and tranny out of my car

Step 2) Sell the shell(which is flawless) with all the interior, along with the suspension with stock springs(hopefully around 9k, which i think its reasonable)

Step 3) Sell My rims, springs, intake(hoping to get at least 1500 for all this)

Step 4) With the money I get from the shell, purchase a 92-95 civic hatchback body with no engine(no need)

Step 5) Drop My Motor and tranny into the hatch(it has been done b4, thats why i need help to find out who can do this, and my max to pay for labor is 3500 and thats a lot of money for labor since i have the motor)

Step 5) Buy a Turbo(looking at cybernation, but custom will be nice

Now please reply ONLY if you know people who can help me sell my shell for around that much, and help me do the install of the motor(preferable someone whos done this before).

My Goal is to have a 300 whp civic hatch. I do plan on building the internals, but when i get the turbo, i will boost low to long the life of the motor(till i build it)

Why not just sell your whole car for $20g's and buy a hatch and build the **** outta the motor? You are making it way to difficult. On second thought why not just put a Chevy 350 in the RSX?????

 

Now, this is what pisses me off. I ask for help, and I get a junk post. Dude, the whole point of me doing this is to be different. Sooo many people have a hatch with the old b18 motors. I want to be different then everyone, I wanna use what I already have(what is mine), and do something to it. Its a new motor with lots of capabilities and future to look forward to. And whats soo difficult about this? I'm sure theres someone out there who has a motor but no chassey to put the motor in. Theres always people for certain stuff

sell your car and build the one you want..password sells your motor for roughly 5k
and you'll have 20k to work with..

who would buy a shell for 9k ?

I agree, sell your car, buy a JDM DC-5R motor, buy a EK, not an eg, it will actually fit in an EK, hasport has a mount kit comming out for k series in a EK. Dont get all bitter at people, this is a fourm, and people are going to share their opinions. If you dont like it, dont post here.

What's their to laugh about? All i asked for is for people who have done this before, not for opinions. I post wherever i want to, and i asked for a favor, but i got an opinion. Im not the stupid one who didn't read the original post correctly.

No will not buy a b18, build it, turbo, and put in a hatch. Too many people have this setup. Like I said, I want to be unique. Don't tell me this motor doesn't have the capabilities, cause every little mod helps in this car(an Cai gave me more than 10whp when in a regular b18 you wont get as much). Thanks for your opinions anyways, i will contact area51 asap cause they have done this b4

Its a interesting idea, but your doing about it all wrong.... do as they said, sell the car for 20K, buy a K20 jdm type r engine(220 horse) for 5-6K and you have 12 grand to work with..... much smarter... and easier
