Well i currently have an 04 dodge srt4, sick of the car payment so im ditching it and hopefully going with a hatch. Just looking for sugestions for what motor/trannys to look into for a swap. Also how hard is it to get a hatch into the 12s (mr srt is high 12 low13 sec car)

 

did you run those 12-13 sec times your self or is this just word of mouth nonsense.

Yup a K20a is a great start.

 

No i didnt run those times. My car has only been to the track once, i had a major boost leak though. On 5-6psi i ran a 14.2 full boost for me is 18psi so i'm pretty sure with full boost i would have atleast been in the low 13s. I know many people with about the same mods as me running high 12s. There are a couple who are in the mid 12s with barely more mods than me, not gonna start **** though i know lots of people aren't srt fans but i'm here to learn bout hondas.

Im a complete noob so what car is the K20 out of?
