Default Need some advise

Hey guys I have a question. I know a GS-R tranny on a B16A isn't the best choice but that's what I ended up with when I did the swap almost 2 years ago and I was wondering if it was worth it in 1/4 mile time wise to switch it to a B16 or ITR tranny??

My set up is: JDM 2nd gen B16a,GS-R tranny,Short ram intake,Brullen Catback Exhaust,CTR Cams(untuned, will be soon tho),ITR valvetrain,AEM cam gears,APEXI VAFC,Skunk2 re-chipped ECU. All this in a 1995 Honda Civic Coupe SI(EX in the USA)

I won't list other mods like suspension and stuff as I'm talking just about the gearing but those mods are there and I spent the money for a nice setup, not the best but up there.

Now my question is, would it be worth the time and effort to sell the GS-R tranny, buy a B16A or ITR tranny and swap them out?? Would I benefit alot from doing this or is the difference minnimal and I should just stick with the GS-R? I don't want to be the fastest around I just want a nice quick car. I will be adding more mods in the future like maybe bigger cams, head work etc etc.

So would it make a noticable difference in dragging or not enough to even bother??

Thanks for any and all input

You will see minimal gains in acceleration from swapping it out. If you decide to change, I would at least try and locate a 98 or so JDM ITR tranny with LSD. If you plan to boost the motor stick with the GSR tranny, if you plan to always stay all motor then get the ITR.
