Default need solution to problem right now

ok i have a b18c1 having sum hesitation problems...seems that sumtimes me throttle response is terrible... i give it gas it it doesnt revup or start to move for liek 1-2 seconds and then all of sudden it grabs

well i changed my plugs like 500 miles ago, i put a new fuel filter today, im goin to cahnge oil like tomarrow its goin to be 2k miles since last one and other than thats i dunno what else and oil filter of course...

Just plugs does not make for a general tune-up. Cap, rotor, wires should all be replaced regularly as well.

What about a valve adjustement?

Perhaps a new O2 is needed....they have a service interval of about 75k on a stock motor.
