Default Need Help on ZC swap!!!!!

I know is kind of stupid but currently I got a 93 del sol and I'll be putting a ZC engine into this car. At this point right now, I'm force to put this engine it because the shop has already order the engine, ecu(PM6), and the wriing harness (from a 90-91 Civic Si). What should I look out for?? The engine I got in my del sol is the 1.5 D15B7, do I need the tranny too?? Will the tranny from a del sol fit in?? Also, will I need a bigger rad?? I would think a wiring diagram on the ZC would give me lots of help when doing this swap. Any comment will be helpful.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Alan

Get a teg ecu or a zdyne zc programed ecu. I do not know if the tranny will hook up but you should just get an 88-91 si tranny. You should not need a bigger radiator if you already have a dual fan one. Go to any hybrid web site to get the wiring diagram. The zc tends to burn a little oil at first but on mine it went away.

uhhh not a straight forward swap. for it to run the best, I would get a 92-95 integra ECU. Just bolt the engine up to your tranny. You dont want to use a cable tranny. Replace the drivers side motor mount bracket with the one off of your D15B. The injectors will need to be replaced with the ones off your old motor. Use your 93 distributor. It wont fit right on. you will have to slot the holes a little.
