Default need help w/ idle

running b16a1 w/ chipped p28 in eg. has b16a2 intake manifold w/ h22a tb. car idle bounces from 1000-2500 rpm. thought it was tps, and changed that. car now idles consistantly at 2500 rpm. what's wrong?

The idle sensor? Its the little black cylinder thing right behind the valve cover. Clean it out with carb cleaner.

Possibly the o2 sensor. I know theres something else to check but its slipping my mind sorry.

Vacuum leaks?

still doing same thing. cleaned out idle sensor.... couldn't be o2 'cause when running chipped p28 can bypass o2. you'll get cel but runs fine. seen it before, just don't get emissions tested. replacing w/ diff tb w/ new map and tps. we'll see what happens
