i am putting my bolt-on's on sometimes this week. i had a couple questions about some torque specs. im not sure if everything has to be perfectly torqued down but i know a couple things do. and im just trying to save my self from cracking bolts and stuff like that. i am working with a ftpound torque wrench.

well here is what im bolting on for now...

header-
intake manifold-
oil pan-
throttle body-
valve cover-
spark plugs-

basically i need the numbers in ft pounds to torque these bolt-ons to my block and head. thanx for your help!
