Do you have any CEL's coming on at all?

You might have a big vacuum leak, or the IACV is potentially dirty.

I would recommend you see if there is any CEL's, also make sure there is absolutely no vacuum leaks, and also clean the IACV located at the front of the Intake Manifold.

Simply take it off and use Brake/Carb cleaner to clean the screens and then try it again.

Yeah, make sure the TPS and the MAP sensor harness plugs are not backwards.

Check the CEL's. You may have some fux0red up MAP readings that is throwing off the idle.

Make sure the MAP and the TPS is not switched.

Also did you switch the TPS or take it off at all?

Make sure the sensors are good, and try replacing the sensors AFTER verifying the wiring.

Unfortunately, I do not have the OBD2 pinouts off hand. I would recommend you grab a digital multimeter and verify the wiring that is assigned to the correct pin-outs.
