Default Which MSD cap for b20/vtec?

I am installing an MSD ignition and need to purchase an MSD cap to replace the stock distributor cap.

I'm really not sure which distributor cap model I am supposed to choose from MSD's list. (Btw, I have a B16 head and B20 block)

If anyone can help, THANKS!

You can just buy that MSD Power Tower separately, I believe at your local hotrod/performance parts store. It will convert your oem on the accept the external coil.
