Default Mount question need to know quick

ok this might seem dumb but it has been a while since i did my swap and i misplaced some parts. I have a 98 civic coupe with a b20 swap well when i did it i went with a cable tranny and used the hasport hydro to cable conversion, this kit came with an upper tranny mount bracket that goes on top of the tranny. I am switching back to just a hydro tranny cause im tired of all the issues that is caused with the whole hydro operated cable tranny deal. Here is my question, what do i use for the upper tranny mount bracket? will the hasport bracket work with the hydro tranny? if not what car do i order the mount bracket for? Also was wanting to know if anyone had part numbers for the bracket, front tranny mount, and front tranny mount bracket? Any help is much appreciated!

The top mount needs to be a manual civic dosen't matter what model as long as its from 96-00. for the bottom front you need the civic si or any integra mount and you have to use the civic rubber half on the car.
