i have a B18C5 in my 93 civic ex coupe. i just put it in about two weeks ago been running fine. i just got back from beatin' on her a little as soon as i pulled in i heard the tappinnngg. what u think it could be?? holleR back thanks

 

did you over rev or miss a gear? Sounds like bent valves. Make sure your cams are still lined up at TDC.

 

yea i think ur right. its deff a valve issue. she is getting pick up right now to get looked at. ill get back!
