Default Motor help

This is kinda confusing, but here it goes....I have a 97 Base Prelude and I had hydrolock in my last motor and now I bought a 99 SH motor for my car and it doesn't want to start up....I was told by this performance shop who does motor swaps all the time and they told me it should work...I'm using the ECU from my last motor. The motor turns over, but just doesn't start. I also have an ECU for an SH, but when I put that in, it doesn't do anything. Does anyone know what the problem may possibly be? Does anyone have a manual for their car? If so, does it say anything about how the wire harness goes onto the motor?
Thanks

The SH ECU has an immobilzer, so it should not work.

Your car turns over, but won't crank?

Check all the fuses - especially the ECU fuse under the hood.

Check the main relay too - it should "click" when you turn the key into the "on" position. You should also hear the fuel pump click on too.

Keep me updated...
