Default which motor

im thinking of getting a motor swap into a 99 ex, the thing is which motor do you guys think i should get , a jspec c5, jspec c1, or a b20 with a vtec head. this guy at the shop im going to says i would kill R's all the time, and that he gaurentees high 13's, or low 14's stock, with the b20.

I hope he means a Built b20. Stock bottom-end b20Vtec only make like ~160whp.

no he said a gsr or si head, with a stock b20 bottom, but which motor do you think
