Default Wiring up MAP Sensor

ok so i just finished doing my engine swap, i put a 97 type r motor into a 92 vx hatch. I saw that there was no plug to go into the one on top of the throttle body, i think its for the map sensor but im not a 100% sure. there is one for the side that faces the firewall but not one for the top.
i am assuming the is suppsoes to be one there but does anyone know what will happen if i run the car without it. or what i could do to fix this?
im going to be running it off a chipped P08 ecu.
any help appreciated
thanks

You may need to run a vacuum line from the top of the throttle body to a MAP sensor that can be located elsewhere.

ok i finished all the wiring and got the car running and its only throwing a code three, which is for the map sensor, so for sure the map sensor plug was missing.
i went and got a plug that will go into there and need to know how to wire it in.
anyone know how to wire up a stock map sensor?
its for a JDM type r running off a p08 ecu.
thanks for anyhelp
