i have a d16a6 head lying around and i have a j-spec d15b.Is it possible to put that head on the 1.5 motor since their both non-vtec.Could the Si head help?If its possible what would i have to do use a raised head gasket?Any help would be cool.

You can basically swap any SOHC 1.6 and 1.5L D series head/block from 88-00. I'm sure there are only minor differences between the 2 heads that you have. Unless the D15B head is bad, I would leave it as-is and use the full longblock.
