Can anybody tell me or link me to a site that has the safe and proper procedure to remove my b16 head. I'm trying to find my helms but I thought if anybody could help me here, it would be greatly appreciated. I've searched and couldnt find what im looking for. Thank you.

 

same extact way you would remove any head. you can use this guide its all the same thing

just make sure when you put the head back on the dowel pin are aligned
