ls/vtec tunning question

Default ls/vtec tunning question

i have a question, i have an ls/vtec with the folloiwng

the head is b16 with ITR valve spring and retiners
buddy club spec III cams
str cam gears
dc jdm 4-1 2.5 header
holy fpr
aem fuel rail
aem short ram
RC 270 injecters
es ovel muffler 2.5
VFAC
low cash ecu
integra rear disc
walbro 255 fuel pump
the head has a 5angel valve job port and poilsh
and shaved .30, and ARP head studes and cosmic head gasket

my question is i just installed the cams and was wandering if anyone has something along the line as this and if so what they had there vtec set at and there cam gears because right now the cams arent really doing much because the cam gears and vtec are i was told way off. but i dont know how they knew that but not how to fix it, but i am just trying to get half way close to right before next week when i get it dyno tuned. thanks

Check the ITR forum, some one just did a dyno with the BC Spec 3s in an ITR motor. I know the intake cam was advanced and the exhaust retarded, just do not remember how much...
