if i buy a full b18 b swap and down the road want to run a b16 head making aan ls/vtec but im wondering what ecu i should buy to run my b18 and what wiring harness, then after i do swap my head out do i need to run anything else? as in hondata etc. or should i just do that from the beginning? or should i just build my b18 non vtec?

any advice on what i should do with this motor so i dont have to redo things in the future would be great

Cheap way would be P28 chipped running Chrome unless your gunna turbo it. You can find them on here or the bay rather easy.
