ls vtec with auto. How?
Yep, going to try and do this LS/Vtec with an auto tranny but there's a problem of course: the ecu. I know my LS's ecu won't work and will need to get a Vtec ecu but what ecu should I get? It's an OBD2 and would like to keep it OBD2 and that's where the problem arises. What should I do? Can I get the JDM GSR automatic ecu or is it possible to get a manual ecu and convert, then allow Hondata to take care of it in the future? I haven't searched these forums enough so if any one can help, please. I've already got a complete B16 head with ITR cams and PR3 pistons and I don't want to sell this stuff, appreciate it

Not sure if this will work but have you tried looking into the P28 ecu and then chip it?
That's totally a ball park guess but most of the LS/Vtec setups I read about people use the P28 chipped

Well, like I said, I'm looking for an OBD2. Or is it possible to get the ecu and chip it, then get a different wiring harness to convert it to OBD2? Or is that even possible?

These autos are freaking hard to work with. I don't know what direction to take because I can't afford a manual tranny at this moment and not that many parts may go with an automatic. Come on, I know someone knows what to do, or what would yall do? Appreciate the support for those that responded
Hmm.... does anyone have one for sale?
Is it possible to chip or convert a manual ecu to auto? I really need to do some extensive research...
