Default LS/Vtec

I was thnking of building one of these but keep hearing about reliability issues. Can anyone fill me in about these issues. I have found very little searcing around about issues. What kind of whp can mild setups net.

Follow the Helms, replace parts (bearings, seals, gaskets) as needed and you should be fine. Using worn out bearings/rings/gaskets will ruin any engine.

Are all these issues just from fools pulling motors out of junkyards slapping the together and wondering why the only last a week

yes, if you have a lsvtec built by someone that knows what they are doing you'll be fine
