LS/V-TEC Internals..

I'm doing LS/V-TEC, i am useing a gsr head and a B18a bottm end...
Can i use B16 pistons in the Ls block...will it work.. also can i use the B16 oil pump rather than the Ls one....help.

yes and yes(i think!).

to work out hte compression ratio and displacemnt if using B16A pistons in a B18 block...

both blocks are the same bore so i dont know why it wouldnt work
the compression ratios are 11.5~:1 for USDM b16 pistons, and 11.8~:1 for jdm b16 pistons.

and you need to use a vtec oil pump.
