Default low cylinder compression

i have a b18b1 that has about 120K on the clock. i had tech do a compression on it, and the compression was found to be:

120's-130'-120's-120's

im not able to do a leakdown test on it because, 1 i dont have the tool, and 2 the motor is outside of the car and it cant be brought to a shop that has the leakdown tool.

i plan on changing out the piston rings. should i go ahead and change the headgasket too?

is there anything else that the engine is schedule for a change for?

Once you take the head off the block, i would definitely recommend changing out the headgasket. Check the bearings and change them too if needed. Beside that, I would change out the waterpump, timing belts, and all seals since you got it apart.
