looking for hybrids to feature in book
We are wrapping up a book for Cartech/SA Design dealing with Honda engine transplants. If you have a Honda or an Acura hybrid and you would like your car to be featured in the next automotive publication to hit the bookstores, then please let us know.
We are looking for individuals located in the Southern California area who can make themselves available for a one hour photo shoot. Unfortunately, we are not accepting any photos that are not taken by our staff and there will not be any payments made for these photos; just the satisfaction of seeing your car on the bookshelves of Barnes and Noble or Border's to name just two.
We are especially interested in '84-'87 Civics, 01-03 Civics, 86-89 Integras, 86-89 Accords, and the Acura CL. Other interests include all ZC and K series transplants, although we will consider all who respond.
Thanks very much, emails may be sent to Aaron at the address hondabooks@hotmail.com.

Brillant, didnt you read that he will not accept outside photographers work?
Also, Hybridbook, you might want to at the least, offer a free copy or a couple to the volunteers.

Re: (ea_b16hatchie)
I am interested in the photos since we really don't have too many shots involving that chassis. The main problem with using photos from an outside source is that of quality. In our experience it is easier in the long run to take the photos ourselves. Send me an email and let me know the details on the photos that you have.
Thanks, Aaron.
Thanks, Aaron.

Yes, as with most Cartech books there will be an ample amount of information regarding all of the shops and manufacturers involved. Contact information may be displayed if you wish, along with product information and a list of services as long as they are applicable to the publication. In other words, free advertising. All of this is discussed prior to publication, so that it will appear satisfactory to everyone involved.
So far, the only company that has contributed anything regarding the K series is Hasport.
Please contact me by email at hondabooks@hotmail.com. Thank you.

Re: (AF-b16a1)
Most of the photos are close up shots of various components related to the swap as well as shots of the entire engine bay. Although not as many, there are also several shots of the entire cars as well.
