k20 eg build help

k20 eg build help
so i just finish the k20a3 swap in my eg and it runs and drives great but it doesnt crack vtec. i cant figure out what it is. i get a cel but it doesnt come on for a while after the motor warms up. also my speedo isnt working. it also has a 6 speed tranny and im running the stock k series ecu could that be the issue. any help would be great im stuck
