Just a quick question...
Do most companys sell the B20 as a long block? What it looks like from what I've seen. Anyone sell just the short block? What do most do with the heads? I guess there are a few guys running B20 or turbo B20's that could put use to it. I guess I could use the intake manifold as a jack stand or something. Thanks.
Two main reasons why people, including us, sell B20 motors complete.....
1) To protect the block during shipping so the deck doesn't get all banged up, and so that it's cleaner and the buyer can take off the head at their leisure so they don't get a B20 shortblock that's been sitting around getting rusty.
2) There's not much use for a B20 head, as it's the same thing as a LS head, so make a few bucks off of it and sell it.
