jspec engines
how can you tell the difference between a j-spec engine and a usdm engine. i plan on buying a j spec b18c1 soon thats why.

Well on the block stamp the jdm motor will in your case be stamped b18c and the usdm motor will be stamped b18c1.

watch out with the wiring harness on the j spec motors, it might be better just to buy a usdm motor.
