JDM to USDM pinout differences?
What are the differences between the USDM and JDM ecu wiring? I want to run a USDM ecu but my car is wired for a JDM ecu. What do I need to change in order to run the USDM ecu safely?
I know it'll run without changing anything but the secondaries don't switch and there may be other problems as well......
Edit: This is for a 94 civic hatch with a USDM B18C1

jdm ecu's don't have pins for EVAP solenoid(for emissions). obd1 jdm uses 12v source to trigger 2ndaries and obd1 usdm uses ground to trigger 2ndaries..that all you need to know beside the fact jdm ecu fuel maps suck compared to usdm p72
So I know from that other thread that the secondaries are wired wrong. But what pin is the "pink" wire going to on the JDM ecu? I can't find a pink/blue wire anywhere in my harness.
I find the black/yellow wire in A17 just fine but supposedly I need to put that to 12v and the pink wire to A17. I just don't know where that "pink" wire is right now. Remember, I am using a modified Si harness so there was never a wire for the secondaries to begin with. I guess I need to know where that wire would go if it were to be wired to a jdm ecu.
Am I making sense?
