Default JDM d15b

i am looking to go to a d15b... and i have a stock dx motor with everything in my civic.... i just need to know what i would need for the swap......

just make sure you get the right d15b as there are two kinds. One is a Vtec-E as in d15z1 up here but still labeled d15b in JDM land. Other is equivalent of the d16z6 in many respects.

i want the kind that is the equivalent to the sohc vtec..... what do i need for the swap anything?

hmmmm.... i have a 92 dx too
and i want to do this same swap
form what i hear you need a vtec ecu (p28 i think will work)
u prob need to wire a little for the vtec
and you need a vtec controller
a clutch prob a good idea also....
but everything should pop right in
yea but talk to eg6turbo or usdm 4g vtec
they have done this swap and can help you out
yea check hmotorsonline.com they have the engine
tell me if u find one cheaper

just 2 extra wires for vtec, prefferably and ex tranny, and either a p28 or p08 ecu. Everything else is plug and play.

actually there are three versions, the two you mentioned and one with 3-stage VTEC, 128hp - has 2 VTEC solenoids
