I dont know about the reputation of this importer, still doing my research..'

And I know this isnt as sexy as most swaps in here...but I'm new to this, and right now dont want to spend a lot of money.

my 200K miles d15b7 is leaking from every pore and crack possible, and has always felt quite a bit down on power since I've owned it...but we didnt care, since we were getting 37mpg mixed driving with it and it was just a point A to B car.

other than koni's/ground control coilovers, it is bone stock.
I have plans to some HPDE's with NASA or PDE's with SCCA with the car, and even just driving it on the street would be nice to have some more powah.

Thing is, i dont want to spend 2500 or 3500 on a B or H swap right now. Just want to keep it simple. Keep my stock engine mounts and axles, no big wiring sanfu's, etc...and at the same time, keep it cheap.
I can certainly swallow 700 or 800 bucks a lot better...and the thirty extra hp will be nice

Back in the early nineties I had an 88 crx si, and really enjoyed it...the power was plenty sufficient and the car was fun to drive.
So, I'm thinking this would be sufficient also for my needs right now.

However, it is VTEC, so I imagine there is some wiring that will have to be changed?

Also, do i need to get a bigger fuel pump?

I'm thinking header and intake mod's, and that is about it for now.

Will this engine pretty much just drop into my 93 hatch?
