ok so im throw in my z6 into my 97 hatch which had a y7 auto in it and i switched over the obd2 injectors and noticed they have a filter/restrictor type deal on the top feed hole and was wondering if i need them or dont?

the car will run the same without them. Those are actually filters and yes you SHOULD have them installed. Think about how small of an object it would take to clog an injector. Go to Honda and order some.

i already have them homie, i had to switch over my y7 injectors for my z6 and noticed them. i already had installed them but was wondering if they where any type of restiction tho!

yes they are a restriction, they restrict small particulate matter that gets past teh fuel filte from getting into your injectors.
