Default injector bad?

ive got a g23vtec in a civic.. running a stock p28.. the car runs really rich.. i have a o2 sensor code and know thats the reason why it runs so rich.. i checked my spark plugs and cylinders 1 and 2 are black but wet.. and cylinders 3 and 4 are dry but black kinda dusty.. so im assuming those 2 are firing.. my fuel pressure is at 40 psi.. i have 345cc injectors on a stock f23 bottom end with about 8.8.1 compression.. would it make sense to downgrade to 240cc injecotor's since the compression is so low?

so im wondering if swapin injectors would help my problem?

ive tried 240's already and the motor wouldnt rev if i gave it full throttle it would just back fire.. but if i slowly rev it.. its no problem...

help asap!
