Default increased compression

Okay i have a zc engine and would like to increase the compression to gain more power, i am thinking about shaving the head to gain a few more hp how much can i expect to gain (estimate), i am also getting an integra ecu and injectors with a higher flow rate (what honda can i get injectors from with a higher flow rate). What if i also port and polish the head and regrind the cams to become a little hotter what can i expect.

theoretically.....10% for every point increase.

The hard part is preventing detonation and knocking.
