Default Ideal Supsension Setup

b18 92 civic

just wondering what would be a good setup

im gonna order the progress coilovers and im wondering if thats a good choice or not and what other bars do i need ????

its mostly for street use and probably some autocrossing

ride quality is not a priority either
just dont want it to be ridiculously harsh

get a whole coil over suspension...the shocks and the springs are made to go together...i also heard that gc coil overs with koni yellows are a good combo...

the nicest suspension i have been in was my boys r with buddy club racing spec dampeners. its a spring rate of 800lbs in front and 1600 in the rear with the dampining really tight. and type r'nees all around.
