Default IACV - differences between OBD0 and OBD1

I just got done putting an OBD1 B18A in my '91 Integra. I kept the stock harness, and switched both of the coolant temp sensors which had different connectors. The IACV, however, had a different bolt pattern on the IM, so I used the OBD1 version. Is there any electrical difference in how they both work? I do have a OBD1 ECU I can switch to, but they may introduce new problems, such as the O2 sensor change.

They're electrically identical. I've ran a 95 b16 iacv with my obd0 pr3. Switched to an obd1 p28 ecu, iacv still works w/o problems.
