Default iacv code 14!? code 20 ELD!? and 41 o2 heater!?

got my tps code gone! now i can rev the dam thing but its cuttin out in the top end due to that dam o2 code i believe!? havent tried a new o2 yet...what else could it be...its wired like stock just has extended wiring...the set up is 95 h22 in 96 civic with p28 ecu (chipd) with stock dx harness...also im getting iacv code in which ive run power to the lower wire in the harness and ran directly to the blk/bl and im still gettin the dam code...also my idle is super low..like 450-500...could this be too low for the iacv to bring idle to its correct state thus giving me the code? also on my p13 throttle body i cannot find the idle screw!? my TB has the map on top instead of mounting to the firewall!? any ideas? and then on my eld my alternator is not putting out an juice...just gettin it, could this cause the eld code!?

Take your IACV off and clean it up really good with some brake cleaner and some WD40. Then use Hondabond around the gasket and put it back on. If you can't find your idle screw, make sure it's even still there.... I've seen it "rattle" out before so make sure you have it in there (usually to the 11:30 position from the center of the TB openning, and you'll see a screw that's requires a flat-head screwdriver). If you don't have one in there, then you have a good vacuum leak there. As for the alternator, make sure everything is being grounded properly. When you said it's getting juice but not going anywhere, that means there's a break in the circuit, and not grounding and completing the circuit.... that should fix your ELD code. Make sure you used shielded wires for the O2 sensor and didn't have any breaks in the wires.... also try a different one. While doing all of this, have your battery unplugged, and that'll reset the ECU and you can go from there.

Did you switch the pin from a14 to a12 on the ecu side of the harness?

iacv, o2 heater circuit share the same power source which is located in this distribution block

did you wire up a resistor box?

for injectors i wired inline resistors...not a box. i get power to the iacv and i get power comming out as well...havent chkd on power to o2 yet...figured out that i had the secondary o2 wired and not the primary...changed this and still get 41? also i did find the idle screw right below the map to the left on the TB...its adjusted as far left as i can go...the slot is horizontal and the idle is still ***! im runnin outa ideas here...im gone for the weekend but when i get back im gonna chk the ohms on my o2 to see if its even working....i did clean the iacv bonded the seal and made sure that i have power and that the blk/bl wire is goin to the correct location.. with the conversion harness to obd1 the blk/bl wire is goin to the blk/bl... i dunno.....ill triple chk when i get back home...

41 is definately heater circuit and most likely you have an open somewhere in that circuit. also sounds like you might only be on 3 cylinders? is your idle rough?

idle isnt too bad. im not throwin any misfire or dist. codes....the car will rev now, just not in the top end. the idle is low....hmmm...i dunno. ill chk and make sure all cylinders are getting spark!...what it seems is that im runnin too rich in the top end due to o2 not working right and its not combusting all gas in the cylinders...im gettin a good amnt of black smoke in the top end.

edit: also ran shieldd wire coming off the white wire on the o2...blk/wht to blk/wht, blk/ylw to blk/ylw and grn/blk to grn/blk!? ill see if im getting power to the o2.

under WOT, it wont make a difference performance wise if your o2 was hooked up or not.

I'm still throwing 41 as well.

Wiring is perfect. All wiring is shielded. I've quadruple checked everything.

I've tried three different 02 sensors and it's still throwing 41. Cat is brand new too.

I feel your pain manG

If you are using your stock dx harness, you will need to switch the pins like I already said. Even if you are running an ecu jumper. That will fix your iacv problem, guarenteed.
