Default Hydro clutch to cable conversion..... really stiff!

Specs: B16B in CRX with HAsport trany conversion, New clutch cable. It is really stiff! At first it it was not only stiff pressing the clutch but it didn't snap back either. so i re routed the cable to make it straight as possible and modified the conversion kit for better leverage. now it snaps back but is still really stiff. few other of my buddies have this conversion on GSR and B16A trany's with stock and after market clutches. They, however, do not have that stiff of a clutch. Any known solutions or things i could try?

Peace Out,
Palmertime

make the fork that pushes the pressure plate longer. The shorter it is the harder it will be to press. The longer, the easier. Got the same thing with my h22 crx but I got used to it.
