Default how could this be done

a honda h22 engine bolted to a honda s2000 gear box, now that dont sound too bad with welded a h22 bellhousing onto a s2000 box but what im stumped on is .
the h22 engine spins the other way to a s2000 box
now i know ive heard of people fliping the rear diff but would this realy work and hold up

i assume they made the engine spin clockwise, as the distributor is on the other side of the motor.
