High Rev Problem
I've got a 1991 Civic SI with the B17A from a 1992 Integra GSR.
Everytime I rev it up (7000rpm) for two shifts the engine always revs high (200rpm). Then over the next few 5 minutes (give or take) the revs slow start to come down.
Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?
