well story goes i got my jdm b16a1 swaped into my 90 crx si and have cai and exuast and been having problems wit the motor, found metal shavings( flakes ) in my oil when i drained it out. bad bearings and bad crank shaft ... just a shitty mess. So now i'm planning to get an itr block and slaping on my b16 head. this sound good to anybody and for the gurus what do i need to do?, i have an idea but want more info

 

You could probably get another b16 longblock for just as much as a itr shortblock,then you would have a vtec head to sell.

As far as block to block swap, it should be pretty easy. Everything should bolt right up.

 

tru it just i want the torque but still have that nice b16 rev. any idea what i need to get to accomplish this
