Default Help me identify this ECU! Please!

I've already checked the ECU FAQ, no info there. Here's the P/N:

37820-P75-A52

I know its an OBD2 ECU. But i'm used to seeing the "A04" numbers too. This has an "A52." What do those letters and numbers mean? I'm trying to get my b18b sway bar certified in CA.

from a 96 3dr or 4dr RS/LS auto.

I think you mean bar certified, not sway bar certified.
